MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us 48 hours advanced notice of the cancellation.
Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and all no show appointments will be charged at 100% of the service value.
Missed patch tests, triggering our cancellation policy are also chargeable, inline with our cancellation policy.
It's no longer a legal requirement to self isolate if testing positive for COVID 19.
We do ask if you knowingly test positive,prior to your appointment, that you let us know in advance, so that we can ensure your appointment is treated in a COVID safe way.
